CallCabinet South Africa has signed a deal with Electronic Communications Network (ECN), to incorporate CallCabinet’s powerful and compliant voice logging technology as part of its telecoms solutions.
CallCabinet’s compliant voice logging solutions will now be available to ECN customers as an integral component of the company’s hosted PBX and other telecoms offerings.
The global hosted services market is beginning to mature, and we are starting to see local businesses adopting more and more cloud-based services.
Recordings of telephone interactions using CallCabinet technology comply with a host of consumer protection legislation, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act; the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act; the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA); the Consumer Protection Act (CPA); the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act; and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
