Black Economic Empowerment

Black Economic Empowerment

ECN is committed to upholding the objectives set out in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act of 2013. We have put together strategies that are aimed at promoting meaningful participation of all South Africans in the economy.

ECN is committed to participating in the provision of education and improvement of skills for people within the ICT sector.

Our Supplier Development plans are aimed at the advancement of businesses by developing the entrepreneurs themselves and providing them with the required knowledge to grow their businesses. Shorter payment periods are also arranged for selected qualifying small enterprises to assist them with their cash-flow constraints.

ECN has been rated as a Level Five contributor to B-BBEE.
